In our March issue we shared Robin Horsley’s account of the many hurdles that had to be overcome in order to finally acquire the ownership of the Fairfield Community Hall for Fairfield residents. If you’d like to look back, the article can also be found on our website. We are pleased to announce that Fairfield Parish Council was able to sign the deed and take ownership of the building at the May council meeting. The hall will continue to be run by a board of trustees on behalf of the community.
