At the first session of the new year we welcomed back three group members who haven’t been for some time. We started with a short demo by me on the Monthly Theme of Trees. I showed the group how you paint negative spaces. After that everyone went on with their work – some photos of which I am sharing. In February the theme will be Water and John Johnston will give the demo on Monday 6 February. We are always keen to welcome new artists, so if you’re inspired by what you see, get in touch or come along.
