The Christmas shoeboxes filled by Fairfield residents last Christmas are now finally on their way to Shine Zambia Reading Academy – just in time for this Christmas! The delay was caused by difficulties securing a tax exemption certificate, followed by restrictions imposed due to Covid. What a year! Teachers are ready and waiting to take lots of photos and videos of the pupils receiving their gifts, which will be shared on the contributors’ Facebook group.
