With the recent return of the good weather there has been a resurgence of interest in ‘Fairfield rocks’, the game in which participants hide painted rocks for others to discover – and there are some very impressive designs out there to be found recently. If you are decorating some rocks yourself, please restrict yourself to paint or pen, and don’t decorate with stick-on beads or googly eyes, since these can be harmful to birds and other wildlife if eaten.
